This is a lovely Anaerobic processed geisha from producer Wilder Lazo that is super fun to drink. We get structured lemongrass and tropical notes with tons of sweetness that reminds us of eating fruit loops. When cooled the cup develops a structured citrus note and the lemongrass becomes even more apparent. This is a big reason why we love Wilder Lazo coffees where the fermentation is boosting the inherent qualities of the coffee.
