Order Processing

Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders for pre-orders or roast-to-order coffees will ship according to the timeframes mentioned on the specific product detail page. You’ll receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a tracking email once your order ships. Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $75 within the contiguous U.S. Shipping rates for other locations and expedited options are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Timing

Most orders arrive within up to 10 days after shipment. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather.

Order Tracking

Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update. If it hasn't been updated after 48 hours, contact us for help.

Shipping Locations

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and military addresses (APO/DPO/FPO) from our warehouse in Bencia, California. Delivery times may vary outside the contiguous U.S.
