Warranty Policy
At xBloom, we aim to elevate your specialty coffee experience with our top-quality machines, curated coffees, and accessories designed to complement and enhance your brewing journey.
To further honor your trust, we're extending the limited manufacturer warranty on our coffee machines from 1 year to 2 years. This extension applies to xBloom direct retail channels and xBloom authorized retailers. (xBloom brand non-machine products carry a 1 year limited warranty.)
For US and Canada, we now offer a two-year limited warranty.
xBloom offers a two-year limited warranty on machines (xBloom Original, xBloom Studio), starting from the date of purchase or date of delivery (whichever is later). The product must be shown (within 2 years of its purchase) to have failed to perform its normal function.
In order for a warranty claim to be accepted, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Your product is within the warranty period.
- You must be the original consumer, we request the original sales receipt as proof of purchase.
- You must have purchased the product through xbloom.com or xBloom authorized retailers or distributors.
- You must purchase and use the product in the continental United States or Canada. This warranty is only valid in the country of purchase or other countries where xBloom sells the same model with identical technical specifications.
- You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s care instructions.
Our limited warranty covers defects in the manufacturing quality of your xBloom product within the applicable warranty period, subject to certain exceptions, and provided that it is used for normal domestic purposes in accordance with the xBloom User Manual.
The warranty only covers the main unit. Removable parts and accessories, including water tanks, drip trays, dosing cups, omni drippers and brewers etc., have a 1 year limited warranty.
Please Note That We Do Not Provide Warrant Coverage For The Following:
- Rendered defective due to accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or carelessness either in its use or storage (e.g. failure to follow xBloom User manual for using the product or including the use of unauthorized accessories, replacement parts).
- Use of the machine other than for normal domestic purposes, e.g. for commercial or rental purposes.
- Rendered defective due to improper installation, maintenance or repairs performed by unauthorized persons.
- Minor cosmetic imperfections such as those on the machine's outer casing, accessories, or spare parts.
- Failure to follow all cleaning instructions.
- Use of parts not in accordance with the xBloom User manual.
- Use of pods, parts and accessories other than those produced or recommended by xBloom.
- Cosmetic deterioration resulting from fair wear and tear (including the natural gaining of constituent materials. Or normal wearing parts, such as the wear of grinder burrs, power cord (or where external damage or abuse is diagnosed), fragile parts like glass, and damage caused by foreign objects in the grinder.
- Operation with the wrong type of current or voltage.
- Products with missing or altered serial numbers.
- Failure to comply with any safeguards listed in the instructions of the product or this warranty.

Summary Of Coverage
The xBloom limited warranty becomes effective from the date of purchase, or date of delivery (whichever is later). You must provide proof of (both the original and any subsequent) delivery/purchase before any work can be carried out on your xBloom machine. Without this proof, any work carried out may be chargeable. Keep your receipt or delivery note. All work will be carried out by xBloom or its authorized dealers.
Within the warranty period, xBloom may, at its sole discretion, either repair the product with new or remanufactured parts, or replace the product entirely, either with a new or a certified remanufactured product. The warranty period is not extended if we repair or replace a warranted product. Any parts which are returned to xBloom will become the property of xBloom. If your machine was purchased from an xBloom global distributor partner, please reach out to their customer service teams directly for instructions.
How To Claim Your Warranty
To initiate a warranty process, contact us at support@xbloom.com. Please provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing. If possible, include photos and/or videos. xBloom support will evaluate the problem and provide troubleshooting steps to identify and implement an appropriate solution. If your item is eligible for a warranty exchange, we will provide a return label. Once our team has received your return to our warehouse and verified the contents, your exchange order will be processed.

Please Notice:
The warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any and all other express or implied warranties, guarantees, conditions or terms of whatever nature relating to the goods provided hereunder, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, which are hereby expressly disclaimed and excluded. Except as otherwise provided by law, buyer’s exclusive remedy and seller’s aggregate liability for breach of any of the foregoing warranties are limited to repairing or replacing the product and shall in all cases be limited to the amount paid by the buyer hereunder. In no event is seller liable for any other form of damages, whether direct, indirect, liquidated, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of anticipated savings or revenue, loss of income, loss of business, loss of production, loss of opportunity or loss of reputation. This warranty is only a representation of the complete limited warranty.
For EU and United Kingdom, we offer a 2-year limited warranty.
- Your product is within the warranty period.
- You must be the original consumer, we request the original sales receipt as proof of purchase.
- You must have purchased the product through xbloom.com or xBloom authorized retailers with a European Union and United Kingdom address (excluding Cyprus & Malta).
- You must use the product in Europe countries covered on xbloom.com: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and United Kingdom.
- You must use the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s care instructions.
- Normal wear & tear, such as the wear of grinder burrs and the water scale buildup.
- Rendered defective due to accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, or carelessness either in its use or storage (e.g. failure to follow instructions for using the product or including the use of unauthorized accessories, or replacement parts);
- Rendered defective due to improper installation, maintenance (e.g. parts blocked by scale), or repairs performed by unauthorized persons.
- Minor cosmetic imperfections such as those on the machine's outer casing, accessories, or spare parts.
- Products with missing or altered serial numbers.
- Problems caused by using non-xBloom pods or NFC tags.
