If you remember tasting our Fruit Loops or Bella Alejandra release you'll find this coffee right up your alley. We taste an intense and loud presentation of tropical acidity, citrus like acidity, with a super juicy and sweet finish. When cooled, this acidity becomes even more structured almost like biting into a fresh orange. This presentation of gesha is an amazing take at how fermentation can take already high end varietals and elevate them further. 

Please let this coffee rest! We find everything to pop with at least 2-3 weeks of rest.

Wilder is a monumental force in the Colombian coffee scene. This stunner from Bella Alejandria is a stunning representation of the heights he has reached. After harvesting, he pulps the cherries immediately, puts them into blue fermentation tanks, and lets them ferment for 36 hours anaerobically. It is subsequently fully washed and dried in marquesinas for 12 days.
