From star producer Wilder Lazo comes one of the cleanest and sweetest geshas we've ever tasted! This is a stellar representation of what is possible in processing. In the cup we find: Sweet Tangerines, Citrus, and Sweet Pastries. This is an incredibly salivating coffee and we think you'll enjoy every sip! When hot, this coffee tastes like biting into an orange pastry. We get a layered and sweet presentation that is almost cream like with sparkling citrus notes underneath. When cooled, the citrus acidity coats your tongue and the sweetness becomes more structured. What makes this coffee interesting to drink is the level of aromatics, texture, and presentation of processing. We suggest you let this coffee cool and pay attention to what you're experiencing each sip.

Wilder's Bella Alejandra Gesha is complex, clean, and stunning. We get sweet tangerine and pastry (think zesty orange cake), young, ripe rhubarb, superb mouthfeel, and incredible fragrance. 

Wilder is a monumental force in the Colombian coffee scene. His Bella Alejandra Gesha is a stunning representation of the heights he has reached. 

After harvesting, he pulps the cherries immediately, puts them into blue fermentation tanks, and lets them ferment for 36 hours anaerobically. It is subsequently fully washed and dried in marquesinas for 12 days.
