What if there’s an issue with my xBloom Studio? Is there a warranty?
Yes, your product is covered under warranty for as long as your subscription is active and your payments are current. If your product breaks or is defective, just let us know, and we'll either help you get it working or swap it out for you free of charge. In cases of severe damage due to gross negligence or abuse, a damage fee may apply to cover replacement parts, repair labor, or shipping costs.

How is xBloom Flex different from financing or a rent-to-own program?
xBloom Flex is not a financing (i.e. "buy-now-pay-later" by Affirm, Klarna, etc.) nor a rent-to-own program, so you don’t have to commit to a purchase spread out over a period of time until fully paid off.

How do cancellations work?
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your account. We will send you a pre-paid return label and pause any subscription payments for 7 days to give you enough time to pack and ship your item before your next billing date. You must use the packaging your order was originally delivered in. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time remaining on your subscription. If you don’t return your item, your subscription payments will continue as normal.

Very impressed with this machine. Makes great coffee, scale is very accurate. Surprisingly good grinder. I would like to see a few software tweaks in the app, but no show stoppers. Great conversational piece as well. Very impressed!!

Great machine. Love the customization. There are a couple of things I would change, such as when creating a recipe, the last pour automatically doing the math instead of trying to slide the bar back and forth trying to hit the right number. That could be fixed with a firmware update. No deal breakers though, excellent machine and a great conversation piece as well.

I don't give out 5 star reviews to countertop gadgets easily, but this machine has earned it. It has been making great cups of coffee for me quickly and consistently, multiple times a day, for weeks. I love the programmability and I love the coffee it makes. It's not perfect, but I really do have very few complaints. The app has some minor issues, and I wish it could handle more than 18 grams of beans, but otherwise I can't think of anything else I'd change about this thing. I tested the water temp and it was spot on. The grinder seems consistent and with low retention. My expectations have been exceeded!
