What if there’s an issue with my xBloom Studio? Is there a warranty?
Yes, your product is covered under warranty for as long as your subscription is active and your payments are current. If your product breaks or is defective, just let us know, and we'll either help you get it working or swap it out for you free of charge. In cases of severe damage due to gross negligence or abuse, a damage fee may apply to cover replacement parts, repair labor, or shipping costs.

How is xBloom Flex different from financing or a rent-to-own program?
xBloom Flex is not a financing (i.e. "buy-now-pay-later" by Affirm, Klarna, etc.) nor a rent-to-own program, so you don’t have to commit to a purchase spread out over a period of time until fully paid off.

How do cancellations work?
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your account. We will send you a pre-paid return label and pause any subscription payments for 7 days to give you enough time to pack and ship your item before your next billing date. You must use the packaging your order was originally delivered in. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time remaining on your subscription. If you don’t return your item, your subscription payments will continue as normal.

I’m really impressed with the xBloom Studio — the design, the build quality, and the coffee it makes are all excellent. It’s a pleasure to use every day. However, I’m a bit disappointed that there’s no option to schedule a brew at a specific time. That feature would make it absolutely perfect.

We really enjoy our XBloom coffee. We have bought XBloom pods and also used our own beans with custom brew recipes we develop. It's nice to have both options. I'm subtracting one star because the app does have a learning curve that could be easier if XBloom had on-line videos to instruct every aspect of using the app (not just how to pair with the machine). They did have problems previously with an app update that had bugs in it but they were very good about answering my questions and getting the bugs fixed.

I absolutely love my xBloom Studio! It makes amazing coffee—every cup tastes like something from a high-end café. I’ve had so much fun experimenting with all the features and settings; it really lets you customize your brew exactly how you like it.
Recently, I ran into an issue with my machine that couldn’t be fixed, but since it was still under warranty, I reached out to customer service. Honestly, the support I received was some of the best I’ve ever experienced from any company. They were quick, professional, and genuinely cared about making things right.

Used to buy the expensive all-in-one machines but was always disappointed with everything they made. The simple cups of coffee made by this machine taste as good as a $10 pour over at my local coffee shop. Making coffee can be as simple as pressing a button or as complex as you want for someone really trying to figure out how to make the perfect pour over. Huge fan of the Machine so far.
