What if there’s an issue with my xBloom Studio? Is there a warranty?
Yes, your product is covered under warranty for as long as your subscription is active and your payments are current. If your product breaks or is defective, just let us know, and we'll either help you get it working or swap it out for you free of charge. In cases of severe damage due to gross negligence or abuse, a damage fee may apply to cover replacement parts, repair labor, or shipping costs.

How is xBloom Flex different from financing or a rent-to-own program?
xBloom Flex is not a financing (i.e. "buy-now-pay-later" by Affirm, Klarna, etc.) nor a rent-to-own program, so you don’t have to commit to a purchase spread out over a period of time until fully paid off.

How do cancellations work?
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your account. We will send you a pre-paid return label and pause any subscription payments for 7 days to give you enough time to pack and ship your item before your next billing date. You must use the packaging your order was originally delivered in. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time remaining on your subscription. If you don’t return your item, your subscription payments will continue as normal.

I did quite a bit of research and was looking for small batch pour over or drip coffee machine. I was between the fellow and moccamaster and then found this. I didn’t want to buy a grinder so since this came with one price wise it makes sense if you are also looking at high end grinders like the fellow.
Overall very satisfied. I can actually taste the difference between coffees now. I’ve been trying different types and roasts and this pour over machine you can really taste the subtle differences. The coffee pods are nice but fairly expensive. Instead you can buy your own whole bean and find a similar xBloom recipe and use that or you can create your own (ChatGPT is kind of handy with this as a starting point). But what I do is for my Kenya coffee, I find an xBloom Kenya recipe for similar roast, works great!! For my Congo I found a Rwanda recipe.
A few caveats. Coffee temp can be low after output for some recipes. I tested water output from machine though and it is accurate. It just becomes lower after going through the coffee and mug. I recommend charging the mug first with hot water (I use hot sink water) and use an insulated mug. You can create your own recipes using higher temp water, up to supposedly boiling…I haven’t tried that yet.
Size. The brew size for most recipes is around 240 ml. This is like one us liquid measuring cup. A little small imo for most US coffee drinkers. I generally make 2 and that’s good for me for the day (I don’t drink much…

After a week of using i must say the machine makes the best cup of drip coffee ever had. The brewing process is easy. The app makes it easy to customize your brew. Don't hesitate to get one. Very well made and stylish on my counter. I highly recommend.

I just got the xbloom studio and have had it for about a month. There's definitely a learning curve. I need to spend some time learning how to use the machine but so far the coffee tastes amazing every time!
