A fresh and ripe Brazil lot by Inacio Carlos Urban in Cerrado, with deep dark chocolate contrasted with ripe tropical fruits! This coffee is a nice representation of an expressive Brazillian coffee as it has bright tropical acidity but is then balanced with a dark chocolate profile. We suggest you brew this coffee and let it cool to almost room temperature before tasting and see how the tropical acidity is balanced with the chocolate profile.

Regalia is back with this sweet washed Ethiopian from Bishan Dimo! This coffee has a that classic peachy Ethiopian profile but with lots of nice sweetness and a balanced profile. With Regalia's coffees we always find high clarity of acidity with nice and round sweetness and this coffee is a great example of that! This coffee also will open up after at least 2 weeks of rest and we suggest you try it 3-5 weeks out. From Regalia: Spring time is always associated with the arrival of fresh, fragrant, early-harvest Ethiopian coffee. From the Odo Shakisso district of the Guji zone, we present G1 Washed Coffees from Bishan Dimo washing station. We taste sweet lemon curd, fragrant vanilla, and subtle ripe garden peach.
