Magdalena
A local blend that perfectly embodies the distinct flavors of the Pitalito region. Known for its versatility, Magdalena offers a delightful harmony of orange blossom and milk chocolate notes, resulting in a clean and balanced cup. This coffee is an ideal choice for those seeking a representation of Colombia's rich coffee heritage, offering a taste that is both familiar and uniquely captivating.
Regalia
Nguisse Nare
Standing near the top of all Ethiopian coffees is coffee from Nguisse Nare. His vibrant coffees have wowed even the harshest "natural" critics: high-intensity citrus and tropical fruit are followed by delicious florals and jasmine. A truly delicious coffee for the ages.
BIGFACE
Nebula
Like its founder Jimmy Butler - bold and adventurous. This is an Ethiopian washed and natural blend, giving it fruity, jammy, honey, and stonefruit notes. So, if you're into bold and sweet coffee, this one's a tasty match, plus, it plays great with milk. According to Brian Quan, our coffee manager, it's fruity and punchy. If you've enjoyed any coffees from our Be Bright Collection you'll enjoy this one!
Verve
Miraflores Honey
This delightful honey-processed coffee from the Santa Barbara region of Honduras brings bright acidity and aromatic florals to every sip. Sourced from small farms around Santa Barbara Mountain near Yojoa Lake, the area’s unique microclimate ensures consistent, high-quality coffee each year. Coffee has been a key part of the region’s history, overcoming challenges like rust disease in 2011. Thanks to dedicated farmers and the discovery of specialty coffee potential, this region now produces some of Honduras' most renowned coffees.
