This expressive Pink Bourbon from producer Liliana Burbano is blueberry forward with nice tropical acidity!  If you've had Pink Bourbons before and have found them to be loud and fruity this coffee will be right up your alley. When hot, there is tons of classic Pink Bourbon sweetness and a clean finish but when cooled this coffee starts to pop! We get a very structured blueberry acidity, tropical acidity, and a classic clean finish. We suggest you let this coffee really cool to a little above room temperature to begin brewing!
