This washed Ethiopian Landrace from Kubi is a fantastic representation of cleanly processed washed coffee. We love the level of florality of this coffee along with citrus acidity. Once the coffee cools more detailed notes such as watermelon and peach come out. We suggest you brew this coffee and let it cool almost to room temperature before enjoying to get the strongest expression of notes!

This selection comes from a small regional group of producers delivering to the Chelbessa washing station, which consistently produces some of our favorite Ethiopian coffees. In the cup we find intoxicating florals, watermelon, peach, and lively citrus acidity.
