This coffee tastes like a tropical Earl Grey tea!

We really enjoy this type of presentation of Ethiopian coffees as it is incredibly layered with a citrus forward presentation, an Earl Grey tea note, and sweet peaches in the finish. We suggest you brew this coffee and let it cool so the acidity and tea notes become very structured. This is a really great example of why enthusiasts like washed Ethiopian coffees and we find this coffee to really open up around 1 month off roast!

Neguesse Debela started operating his first site in Worka Chelbessa in 2017, but quickly expanded in 2019 by buying another washing station a few kilometers away in a small sub-area of Worka Chelbessa called Danche. The two sites execute immaculate washed and natural processed coffees, and are now working to create unique experimental lots in an effort to continue improving the quality of their production.
