From Fincas Miersch is this expressive washed gesha from their Casona lot! We taste a tropical and floral forward presentation, jasmine florality, and a really silky and sweet finish. This gesha has a very classic presentation of washed coffee with excellent structure, balance, and cleanliness. Compared to El Triangulo we find more balance, florality, whereas Triangulo has a dynamic and intense acidity presentation. 

 

Fun Fact: Geshas from the Casona lot have won first place in Cup of Excellence Honduras in 2019 and 2021! 

 

For best results, rest this coffee for at least 3 weeks before brewing!
