This light-medium roast coffee from Sol de la Mañana farm, managed by the Los Rodriguez Family, offers tasting notes of ripe peach, cane sugar, dark chocolate, and has a pleasant mouthfeel. Grown at elevations of 1400–1650 meters, it is a great example of a classic washed caturra. Produced in collaboration with Agricafe—a pioneer in Bolivian specialty coffee—the coffee reflects their commitment to enhancing coffee quality and supporting local producers through programs like Sol de la Mañana.

This Keramo is an expressive example of Ethiopian landrace coffee! In the cup we find deep berry sweetness (think strawberries), a structured acidity reminding us of pink lemonade, and a very clean tea-like floral finish. We think Flower Child has done a fantastic job at sourcing this lot and roasting in a transparent way that emphasizes the inherent qualities of the coffee. Let this coffee cool down before enjoying! For best results let this coffee rest for at least 2-3 weeks.

This is a great expression of well processed and clean Honduran coffee! We find the cup to be clean, structured, with predominant purple fruits (think purple grape & raisins) popping up. As the coffee cools, we find the acidity and body to become equally structured with a long lasting sugary finish that lingers on your palate. From Sorellina: This is our very first coffee from producer Clementino Ramirez. We are extremely proud to have been able to purchase his coffee and share it wich you.
