La Cabra
Rio Brilhante
A fresh and ripe Brazil lot by Inacio Carlos Urban in Cerrado, with deep dark chocolate contrasted with ripe tropical fruits! This coffee is a nice representation of an expressive Brazillian coffee as it has bright tropical acidity but is then balanced with a dark chocolate profile. We suggest you brew this coffee and let it cool to almost room temperature before tasting and see how the tropical acidity is balanced with the chocolate profile.
La Cabra
São Geraldo
The high altitude in the Mantiqueira de Minas, alongside the Arara varietal, leads to flavour intensity in the cup, with notes of ripe peach and hazelnut. This is a very unique expression of a newer varietal called Arara coming from Brazil! We find a sweet and balanced profile you may expect out of a Brazillian coffee, however the acidity is quite pronounced and forward. Arara is a hybrid of Catuai and Obata and offers a more intense fruit character but with a comforting chocolate/nutty profile.
