Vibrant and complex strawberry acidity, sweet tropical fruits, expressive washed gesha!

 

This is an incredible washed gesha from El Obraje that perfectly captures a clean and expressive profile. It almost reminds us of a naturally processed gesha with how fruit forward the acidity is. When hot, there's a sparkly red fruit forward presentation that reminds us of a sweet strawberry with a clean and floral finish. When cooled, the strawberry note becomes much more vibrant and a tropical acidity becomes much more structured. We really enjoy how fruit forward and clean this coffee is! 

With Apollon's Gold coffees please let them rest for at least 45-60 days before brewing. For this coffee we even suggest you rest it out for 75-90 days and see how the coffee transforms over time!

We are thrilled to have Obraje Geisha again in 2025; an award winning Geisha(COE2021 #1) from our annual regular partner producer. Anomaly to washed Geisha coffees, this coffee delivers tons of complex ripe fruit flavors on its juicy body and its insane sweetness.

Expect sweet mangosteen followed by vibrant strawberries, and rose floral in the finish.
