This blend roasted by Pair Cupworks (Mesa, AZ) exclusively for Valentine's Day combines explosive Strawberry Co-fermented coffees from Colombia with balanced and sweet naturally processed Ethiopian landrace varietals! We find expressive red fruits (fresh strawberries), chocolate biscuit, and a sweet floral finish. This is a great example of advanced processing in coffee that will make a memorable cup this Valentine's Day! 

Brayan Alvear's innovative strawberry-co-fermented beans from Acevedo, Huila, dazzle with their sweet, candy-like strawberry essence, processed through a unique 24-hour pre-fermentation and a 5-day anaerobic fermentation with dehydrated fruits. Paired with this, naturally processed ethiopian coffees offers balance with notes of blueberry, chocolate, honeydew, and sugar.
