A Panamanian SL28 that tastes like a Kenya! 

This washed SL28 from Yenitzin de Aguilar of Finca Feryen is wild. We can say without a doubt that we’ve never experienced a coffee that tastes more Kenyan than this one, while not being Kenyan at all; it presents an extremely transparent representation of the very best characteristics of an SL28, while also yielding a bit of that unparalleled terroir Panama is known for in the brewed cup as well. This offering gives us that classic Kenyan bold body and dark fruitiness of elderberry as well as the mellow florality of elderflower. This being an SL28, you can also of course expect some super lively acidity as well, we experience lime zest on the palette for this one.

Please let this coffee rest for at least 3-4 weeks before brewing!
