This week is a coffee from my friend Kyle Rowsell who runs September Coffee! It’s Ethiopian season and Keramo is in. In the cup, I find expressive tropical fruit notes with a lovely juicy sweetness. I’m brewing this coffee 1:17 ratio with low agitation so you get a very balanced, sweet, and clean cup that will really let the coffee’s acidity shine. LET THIS COFFEE COOL before you taste. This is when the tropical acidity is gonna start to pop and I like to taste these coffees when they’re a little above room temperature. I hope you enjoy this release!
