This Keramo is an expressive example of Ethiopian landrace coffee! In the cup we find deep berry sweetness (think strawberries), a structured acidity reminding us of pink lemonade, and a very clean tea-like floral finish. We think Flower Child has done a fantastic job at sourcing this lot and roasting in a transparent way that emphasizes the inherent qualities of the coffee. Let this coffee cool down before enjoying!
