We're happy to be featuring this beautiful washed Guatemalan gesha from producer Annabella Meneses roasted by the mother and daughter duo at Bean & Bean. This washed gesha is a high quality presentation of well processed coffee coming from Guatemala. We find clean tropical acidity in the form of apricot, good balance and structure between florals and acidity, and a very long and sweet cane sugar finish. Once the cup cools there is lovely harmony between the acidity where the fruits become much more structured and a bright lime note starts to appear. Near room temp, the cup becomes even sweeter making every sip super enjoyable! 

 

For best results, please rest this coffee for at least 3 weeks. We recommend you save some of it and try it 6 weeks off roast to see how the coffee opened up!
