The predominant variety, Landrace 74110, cultivated by a community of 3,200 farmers, is the result of extensive research by the Jimma Agricultural Research Center. It's a Metu Bishari selection from the forests of the Illubabor Zone, chosen in 1974 for its yield, disease resistance, and exceptional cup quality. As a true reflection of Ethiopian coffee excellence, this coffee is a must-try for those who appreciate the intricate details and rich history behind a remarkable cup.
