El Burro Natural Gesha Lot #16 is an exceptional coffee from El Burro Estate, owned by Best of Panama award winning Wilford Lamastus.

 

The estate is distinguished by its young volcanic soils, pristine forests, and a unique microclimate that differs significantly from other farms in the region. Variations in temperature, winds, and precipitation contribute to the farm's distinct growing conditions. Cold nights extend the ripening period of the coffee cherries by an extra month, enhancing bean development and flavor complexity.

 

These unique environmental factors and meticulous cultivation result in a coffee that stands out for its quality and taste.
