In the cup we taste strawberries, hibiscus, red wine, and a big bodied dark chocolate. We chose this coffee because of its expressive dark roast profile from Onyx which creates a cup that has intense and loud red fruit notes but is then balanced with a nice dark chocolate and big body. This level of expressiveness is often found with fully caffeinated coffees which is why the processing and work Los Nogales has done is truly special.
