This washed coffee from Willian Cano Navas has a classic Guatemalan profile! We taste Nougat, Brown Sugar, and a sweet cranberry acidity once the coffee cools. This profile is very comforting, clean, and sweet. We really enjoy this coffee as a daily driver for those looking for a light roast with more traditional sweet notes!

Regalia is back with this sweet washed Ethiopian from Bishan Dimo! This coffee has a that classic peachy Ethiopian profile but with lots of nice sweetness and a balanced profile. With Regalia's coffees we always find high clarity of acidity with nice and round sweetness and this coffee is a great example of that! This coffee also will open up after at least 2 weeks of rest and we suggest you try it 3-5 weeks out. From Regalia: Spring time is always associated with the arrival of fresh, fragrant, early-harvest Ethiopian coffee. From the Odo Shakisso district of the Guji zone, we present G1 Washed Coffees from Bishan Dimo washing station. We taste sweet lemon curd, fragrant vanilla, and subtle ripe garden peach.
