This coffee is like drinking a tropical juice! We find an expressive yellow fruit profile with lots of sweetness and juicy acidity linger. There is also nice florality in this coffee in the finish but we mainly like this coffee due to its acidity presentation. This coffee really needs time to open up and we find AG coffees to perform best 2+ months (yes months) off roast! Note: Astrid Medina is one of Brian's favorite producers!

Long time AG enjoyers know Astrid Medina well. We've been working with her for a long time, and she is one of our favorite long-time partners. This is our fourth time buying her coffee, and our first time trying her Yellow Caturra, which we are very excited about. 

Astrid is a very well-respected producer who has previously won the Cup of Excellence 1st Place, and produces some delicious coffees. This Yellow Caturra is super juicy with a vibrant tropicalness, and reminds us almost of some Pink Bourbon lots.

In the cup we find juicy clementine and dragonfruit sweetness, with very flowery hibiscus notes. Sweet and floral, a very tropical coffee.
