This is one of the most unique expressions of the Pacamara varietal you will ever taste! Pacamaras generally have big amounts of juice (take a look at size of the beans) and this is our first experience tasting one grown in Ecuador. We find a lot of the bright and tropical characteristics found in Ecuadorian coffees mixed with big sweetness and juiciness found in Pacamaras grown in El Salvador, where Pacamara originated. The cup has a nice red fruit bright profile with lots of crisp acidity and the finish is floral and sweet.
This is also a coffee that should be rested at least 3-4 weeks before brewing with best results 4-6 weeks+ off roast!
