    Machine is pretty useless without them

    The filters work as designed and desired. I love my xBloom and only use it with filters and my own coffee. I've tried using it as a zero bypass brewer with AeroPress filters screwed in the bottom of the dripper but the regular filters produce much better results so far.

    Excellent filters

    I’m a professional coffee roaster and so naturally use our beans and the xBloom Dripper. I tried a few other small-filter options and they just didn’t work. XBloom’s flat-bottom filters fit the Dripper perfectly, never creasing and hence disrupting the water flow. Like both the Original and Studio coffee makers themselves, products that are designed well simply work well.
