Refreshed for 2026 from B&W's New School line, The New School Dragon Fruit. This expression is red fruit leaning with tasting notes of strawberry, kiwi, cherry cola, and chocolate. This is an expressive yet approachable blend of coffee showcasing advanced fermentation and clean qualities of washed coffee. This is a great coffee for those who want to explore more expressive styles of coffee but have an easy to drink and approachable profile.

 

We recommend you rest this coffee for at least 2-3 weeks before tasting!

New School is a Year Round blend that seasonally shifts its focus to highlight a co-ferment component. Blended with washed Ethiopian coffee for balance, expect these coffees to deliver big on fruit flavor without sacrificing complexity.

Our winter 2026 release is New School - Dragonfruit. This co-ferment from Jairo Arcila makes up 30% of the blend, melding with washed Ethiopian components to deliver notes of hibiscus, strawberry-kiwi, cherry cola, and chocolate.
