Story:
Details:

Lunji Estate is a family owned and operated coffee plantation located in Songwe, Mbeya in Tanzania. The farm sits at 1,600 to 1,700 meters above sea level in the mountains in western Mbeya. They cultivate Bourbon, SL28 and SL24 varieties.

An anaerobic natural Tanzanian coffee like this one is a rare find. Tanzania is an exciting yet emerging origin for good coffee. It offers a bright and vibrant acidity, often with hints of wine-like flavors. We like how this coffee presents fruity notes and sometimes hints of cedar, it is truly delicious, sweet, fruit driven and complex.

Why We Like It and Resting Time:
This one is a first for us! An anaerobic natural Tanzania coffee roasted from Fineprint in Hong Kong. We find this to be a sweetness forward coffee with integrated fruit acidity. The anaerobic natural processing boosts the complexity and layering of notes making this a very unique drinking experience. We recommend you rest this coffee for at least two weeks before brewing!

Why We Love FINEPRINT
What captivates us about FINEPRINT is more than just their exceptional coffee and bakery offerings; it's the heartwarming tale of friendship and passion. From its beginnings in 2016 as a shared space between two strangers turned mates—Scottie Callaghan and James Wilson—to its evolution into a thriving coffee haven, FINEPRINT's journey is a testament to dedication and camaraderie. Their decision to merge forces and adopt the name FINEPRINT in 2016 marked the beginning of a remarkable adventure (e.g., roasting their own coffee, expanding to multiple branches, and launching an online shop). Throughout these adventures, FINEPRINT commits to quality and community, serving the best coffee, wine, and bread in neighborhood venues across Hong Kong.
