San Pedro Ocopetatillo, located in Oaxaca's Sierra Mazateca in Mexico, is a small municipality where 85% of the population speaks the indigenous Mazatec language. This washed coffee is a collaborative effort from 25 local farmers, cultivating Typica, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Caturra varieties at 1600 meters above sea level. 

Experience the sweetness of cherry and almond, complemented by flavors reminiscent of an old-fashioned cocktail and vanilla. The cup offers balanced acidity, a round body, and a sweet, clean finish.

⌛ We sometimes have extra coffees from our releases and aim to discount these at the end of each month. These coffees are all unopened and we’ve even found some coffees to peak and taste great 6-10 weeks post roast!  We believe these coffees will still perform well when you receive them.
