This expressive Pink Bourbon comes from our friends at September Coffee (Ottawa, Canada)! Absolute fruit juice would be the closest words we can use to describe what this coffee tastes like. In the cup we find a very vibrant and tropical forward fruit profile of mango and citrus fruits. As the cup cools this acidity becomes much more structured and the finish is incredibly juicy and round. We think this coffee is perfect for those who like coffees that are loud and lean on the cleaner end.

Another stunning lot from our dear friend Eyder Martinez. Eyder worked for El Paraiso as their biochemical engineer and coffee processor. Over the past couple years we have grown a good relationship with Eyder working directly with him, and this beautiful Pink Bourbon is the second coffee we've featured from his farm - this time featuring a semi-washed Pink Bourbon with a vibrant and fruit forward profile.
