This week’s Secret Stash coffee is an expressive and clean washed pink bourbon from Francy Castillo roasted by my friend Bill who runs Hydrangea Coffee Roasters (Berkeley, CA)! In the cup I find Earl Grey, Apricot, and a nice structured Tropical Acidity. As the coffee cools, it transforms into a ripe mango with an earl grey tea finish. I have really enjoyed this coffee and suggest you taste it as it cools down. This coffee really opens up with 3 weeks of rest.
