This is a great expression of well processed and clean Honduran coffee! We find the cup to be clean, structured, with predominant purple fruits (think purple grape & raisins) popping up. As the coffee cools, we find the acidity and body to become equally structured with a long lasting sugary finish that lingers on your palate.

This is our very first coffee from producer Clementino Ramirez. We are extremely proud to have been able to purchase his coffee and share it wich you. Clementino and his son are not only excellent producers, but are truly incredible people with an incredible story.
