How soon after placing a Studio order will the shipment be sent out?
We typically process and ship orders between March 8 and 14 after receiving your order.

Will my xbloom Studio and exclusive gifts be shipped together?
Your Omni Dripper 2 will be shipped along with your xbloom Studio, and other gifts will ship in a separate package.

What is the warranty/return policy?
xBloom.com purchases carry a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your xBloom machine, you may return it within 30 days of purchase with a $60 restocking fee.

First, thank you for your interest in the xBloom Studio. Currently, xbloom Studio is available exclusively in the continental United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union (excluding Cyprus and Malta), and some regions such as Middle East through our international partner, you may find more details here.
