Key Features Can be used with xBloom Studio or independently. The filter can be removed for cleaning. Used with xBloom Studio, cup height of 105mm or less is compatible. We have found this coffee to be fruit forward with red fruit notes of cherry, raspberry, and hibiscus. We're happy to be featuring coffees like this as they represent stellar processing and unique varietals. When the cup is hot, we find watermelon aromatics with sweet red fruit notes. Once the coffee cools, a structured cherry and raspberry note starts to appear with the coffee finishing very round and sweet! This might also be one of the first times you’ve ever tasted the Ombligon varietal. We have found Ombligons to be intense tasting, reminding us of loud pink bourbons but often skewing towards deeper red fruits and chocolate notes. This coffee is so expressive that it can be brewed in a variety of methods and we suggest you experiment! Read about Ombligon and this coffee's processing here. Ombligon, a rare Ethiopian landrace variety whose cherry has a "belly," hence its Spanish name meaning belly button, is found locally. While some believe it arrived in Colombia from Central America, its exact origin and arrival date are undocumented.

I bought this device almost impulsively, but absolutely don’t regret it. I’m now in the process of offloading my other brewing devices because the Xbloom has replaced them all — in turn simplifying my life, my kitchen counter, generally improves my morning flow.
The best part I love about the xbloom is that it encourages me to try new recipes and drinks. For example, I’ve never tried flash brewing at home because it’s just too cumbersome. Not so with the xbloom. I can’t wait to grow with this machine!

My first machine unfortunately leaked from the base upon filling the tank with water. After trying to troubleshoot, it was ultimately a defective seal. Once determined they sent me a new machine that works great! No leaks, love using this machine daily, it has replaced my kettle and scale completely.

I have had both this machine and the fellow Aiden while the Aiden is great and make good coffee the xBloom in my opinion has more adjustability especially in the app…the Aiden app doesn’t let you do much and the screen on the Aiden is small making it more difficult

I have had my Xbloom studio for about a year now and I love it. It does an excellent job of pairing the convenience of an automatic machine with the quality of a pour over and that's not even counting the xpods. Admittedly, I use the omnidripper or even a v60 with it, not the pods.
No regrets whatsoever with my purchase and I still use it every day.
