What if there’s an issue with my xBloom Studio? Is there a warranty?
Yes, your product is covered under warranty for as long as your subscription is active and your payments are current. If your product breaks or is defective, just let us know, and we'll either help you get it working or swap it out for you free of charge. In cases of severe damage due to gross negligence or abuse, a damage fee may apply to cover replacement parts, repair labor, or shipping costs.

How is xBloom Flex different from financing or a rent-to-own program?
xBloom Flex is not a financing (i.e. "buy-now-pay-later" by Affirm, Klarna, etc.) nor a rent-to-own program, so you don’t have to commit to a purchase spread out over a period of time until fully paid off.

How do cancellations work?
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your account. We will send you a pre-paid return label and pause any subscription payments for 7 days to give you enough time to pack and ship your item before your next billing date. You must use the packaging your order was originally delivered in. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time remaining on your subscription. If you don’t return your item, your subscription payments will continue as normal.

I’ve been looking for a single cup machine that can do it all for a while and I must say the xBloom definitely fits all my requirements to a tee. It’s been fun to experiment with various recipes and see how it impacts the coffee it produces. I’ve been using it for close to a month now and everything including the app has been working mostly smoothly. The water indicator was glitchy once but it seemed to fix itself once I added some more water. Definitely recommend!

I had been lurking around looking at the Aiden for a while but it just didn't quite match my need—I'm the only coffee drinker in my house and would never have the need for the big carafe and footprint.
Someone randomly mentioned XBloom in a Reddit thread and the minute I read about it I was verrrry intrigued. I've been doing pourovers for years but TBH have been too busy (or groggy in the morning) to take the time to try to dial in a good cup, so the precision automation of this machine really piqued my interest.
XBloom is genius to rent these machines and allow a trial run which removes that risky feeling about making a big investment. Not going to lie, 24 hours after firing up the rental, I placed an order for a machine of my own (and it was on sale so I looked at it as recouping the rental cost). The coffee was fantastic and far and away better than my own robotic attempts. And hey there was one coffee I didn't love so it's not like I'm blindly drinking the XBloom koolaid—I'm actually learning what I like when it's done just right. Have been working on tinkering with my own recipe and it's been so much fun—it's actually teaching me about how grind size and ratio and pours and temp (even little tweaks) can affect a cup's flavor.
Plus the design is fantastic, the functionality is sweet, and the footprint actually gives me some counter back.

Essentially automates pour-overs and loose leaf tea for me. 100% worth it. The separated machines, especially the grinder, are handy, as I will use the grinder instead of my Breville grinder (which has very low retention). No major concerns, but would like an easy way to share recipes for the machine.

The main features of the machine work great, but there are issues, the omni-brewer sits at a slant for some reason, and the machine has trouble connecting to Bluetooth at times.

I appreciate how much you could tweak and experiment with this machine, yet have the ability to achieve repeatability with your brews and workflows. I just wish the machine allowed higher water temperatures in the basket to be able to push light / ultralight coffees.
