12-Month Coffee Subscription
Please note that the following are the terms and conditions for the 12-month coffee subscription and the offer to receive a complimentary coffee machine and reusable dripper:

1. Eligibility: This offer is only available to customers who are 18 years of age or older.

2. Subscription Duration: The customer must commit to a 12-month subscription with our coffee service. This means that the customer will receive coffee deliveries once a month for a period of 12 months.

3. Subscription Payment: The customer agrees to make the payment for the entire 12-month subscription upfront. The payment is non-refundable, even if the customer chooses to cancel the subscription before the 12-month period ends.

4. Coffee Selection: The customers may select their preferred coffee collections (e.g., Be Bright, Surprise Discovery, Seek Inner Balance, Start Strong, xBloom's Pick, and Trio Favorites) at the time of purchase. Changes to the selection can be made by contacting customer service.

5. Coffee Machine and Reusable Dripper: Upon successful payment and subscription, the customer will receive a brand new coffee machine and reusable dripper at no additional cost.

6. Shipping: The subscription includes free flat-rate shipping to the designated shipping address. The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply for non-flat-rate shipping, address changes or delivery to remote locations.

7. Delivery: The coffee machine and reusable dripper will be shipped separately from the first coffee delivery. The customer should expect to receive the coffee machine and reusable dripper within 2-3 weeks from the subscription start date.

8. Subscription Renewal: The subscription will only charge once, after which only the fulfillments are to be completed, and then the subscription terminates.

9. Warranty: The coffee, coffee machine, and reusable dripper come with a standard xBloom warranty. The warranty details will be included in the package.

10. Returns and Exchanges: The coffee, coffee machine, and reusable dripper cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been received by the customer unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping. In such cases, the customer must contact customer support within 7 days of receiving the package.

11. Cancellation: If the customer chooses to cancel their subscription before the 12-month period ends, they will not be eligible for a refund in the remaining months. However, they can keep the coffee machine and reusable dripper.

12. Modification or Termination: xBloom reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.

By subscribing to the 12-month coffee package and availing of the free coffee machine and reusable dripper offer, the customer acknowledges that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to comply with them.
