This is a lovely expression of a Honey processed coffee from Ethiopian producer Tamiru Tadesse! We taste a fruit forward presentation of berries, a red stonefruit dragonfruit-like acidity and a round lychee sweetness. When cooled, the berries really start to pop and the cup becomes even sweeter. This is a really clean presentation of the Ethiopian Honey process and a great example of Tamiru's work in Ethiopia.
For best results we recommend you rest this coffee for at least 2-3 weeks before brewing!

This is a special honey process that Tamiru produced for us this year. We love honey-processed coffees from Bensa, and it is incredibly exciting to have this selection from Alo. In the cup we find dragon fruit, lychee, and berries.
