With our subscription or Roast-to-Order, you're in control of what and when you receive your coffee. Our service ensures you'll always have a steady supply of xPods filled with freshly roasted coffee beans delivered right to your door. For subscriptions, simply choose your preferred coffee or collections, and select how often you want it delivered - biweekly, or monthly.

Roses, structured citrus, sweet, expressive! This is one LOUD pink bourbon. We taste rose florals, bright citrus, intense acidity, and a sweet and clean finish. The overall profile is very red tasting and we find fantastic structure and harmony between the notes. Please let this coffee cool to almost near room temperature for the clearest expression. This is a coffee that will really open up with 3-4 weeks of rest! Roast Date: 12/16 From SEY:This lot from Victor Chala is another new coffee from Huila for us. Victor is an inspiring younger producer with exceptional potential. A second-generation coffee grower, he grew up working on his parents’ farm before purchasing his own land about 14 years ago at excellent elevation, with the goal of entering the specialty market. He has since planted Pink Bourbon, Chiroso, Caturra, and Sidra—varieties we hope to taste as separate lots in the future.
