This expression of Pink Bourbon is LOUD. We find intense presentation of tropical acidity, blueberry, hibiscus, and a sweet but zippy pink lemonade finish. There is beautiful structure and clarity in the cup with fantastic aromatics. This Pink Bourbon is a great example of why enthusiasts love well processed and clean expressive washed coffee! 

 

We find best results resting this coffee for at least 3-4 weeks before brewing.

This is the fourth harvest pass from the prolific and talented Octavio Rueda—right at the peak of the season for this farm. It has been fascinating to observe how each pass has evolved throughout the season. In the cup we find blueberry, rose hips, and pink lemonade.
