This is a fascinating blend of a Brazilian Pink Bourbon and Panamanian Gesha that Boram Um used to win the 2023 World Barista Championship! In the cup we find expressive layering, complexity, and definition of flavors that showcases each origin and process. The Brazilian Pink Bourbon Dark Room Dry brings in a creamy body, stone fruits, and chocolatey undertones while the Panama Gesha has expressive citrus, florals, and tea notes. Together they create a harmonious blend of flavors that are complex yet articulated with bright orange and stone fruit acidity lifted by sweet notes. We look forward to you enjoying this blend!
