Stemming from the origin of Coffee, Ethiopia: Indigenous varieties, smallholder farming, and diverse microclimates shape its flavor.
Negusse Debela spent years importing computer parts before a single pour-over in a Minnesota café changed his direction entirely. He came home to Ethiopia, toured processing stations across the south, and built SNAP Specialty Coffee in 2008. Today SNAP runs two sites in Worka Chelbessa, a kebele in Gedeb, the newest and southernmost district of the Gedeo Zone, farmed high at 1900 - 2200 meters.
