This cascara from Verve makes a super sweet and raisin forward cup! We find a nice syrupy body to the tea and citrus notes appear alongside the raisin notes once it cools. This tea can be brewed various ways and we recommend you experiment with different steeping times. See our recipe below!

Variation of Recipe:

  1. Weigh out 5g Cascara 
  2. 100ml Steep for 5 min @ BP
  3. Add 20-30ml to trigger the Tea Siphon drain
  4. Add 100ml of water to your cup (or more to dilute!)
