Hot: Cherry Blossom florality with lots of fruit aromatics! Tied to ripe tropical acidity and a jasmine tea like finish. White florals and jasmine in the cup are intoxicating and there is a high level of sweetness. Very sweet and juicy with a high body and pomela/papaya juice like sweetness that coats your tongue.
Warm: As the cup cools, the juice really comes out in the form of pineapple like acidity. A papaya note becomes apparent here and there is very good intensity between the acidity and florals. The sweetness here is very tactile with a long and silky finish that becomes even more intense as the cup cools. You will find big florals, intense acidity, and lots of juicy fruit alongside a long finish of sweetness. Pay attention to how the coffee finishes at this temperature.
Cool: Amazing structure between florals, acidity, and sweetness. There is a harmonious transition between florality into a jasmine tea like presentation while there is a good level of acidity here. The sweetness really holds up here alongside vibrant structured acidity and a intense florality. This is a fantastic presentation of well processed naturals especially with how each component holds up when the cup is at room temp.
