This release of the Future is an exciting blend of five crazy coffees that reminds us of summer time. We get blue raspberries, slushee, peach rings, and intense flavors and processing all around. This is a fascinating blend to taste at all temperatures and goes incredibly well over ice. Each component of the blend brings various flavors. When hot, we taste the Black Cherry and Dragon Fruit coffees from Lica Torress and Jairo Arcila, and when cooled the naturally processed ethiopian from Mulugeta comes out. The entire cup is lifted by Jhonatna Gasca’s Pacamara giving the blend big body and juice and Jairo Arcila’s Lychee gives a noticeable punch on the nose. Overall this is an insane blend of coffees and is perfect to sip on this summer!
For best results we recommend you rest this coffee for at least 3+ weeks!

Consider this coffee an ode to the gas station slushee of your dreams! It’s intense like blue raspberry, red as a cherry popsicle, resembles the citrus profile of lemon Italian ice, and somehow remains as crushable as a bag of peach rings (another favorite gas station pick-me-up, we might add). It’s certainly intense but surprisingly crushable—and definitely ready for all things summer.
