This is a lovely green tea with sweet peas, a light pear-like acidity, and florals. We find the flavors to extend deeply with strong aromatics when brewed and the finish to be sweet.

This green tea, adorned with tippy white buds is a Taiwanese take on a Chinese classic made from the Qing Xin Gan Zhi/Zi cultivar. Hand-harvested and picked before the Qingming festival, this tea uses the most tender buds which gives a very flavorful and aromatic cup, after the winter dormancy.
