Story
Jasmine, Tropical, Citrus, Black Tea, Sweet

We’re extremely happy to be releasing this Californian Grown Geisha alongside our Catuai Rojo tasting set from FRINJ! This is a Geisha that was grown at Rancho Delfino and then yeast washed and cold fermented at FRINJ. In the cup we find a high level of sweetness, jasmine florality, tangerine structure, and a black tea finish. This is a wonderful presentation of Californian Geisha that exhibits a geisha profile that is distinctive to this region. You will find high levels of sweetness alongside strong processing yet the cup is wonderfully clean and structured. Remember, this is a coffee grown at 126 MASL yet it exhibits many characteristics of more traditional regions and higher elevations! Please taste this coffee at all temperatures, especially as it cools to really experience Californian coffee.

For best results, We recommend you rest this coffee for at least 3+ weeks!
