From World Barista Champion Boram Um’s Family Farm Fazenda Um and his Coffee Roastery ULT, is this sweet and chocolatey Paraiso natural. In the cup we find chocolate and fruit notes that are balanced and sweet. When cooled, there is nice structure and some stonefruit with sweet florals that tie into a chocolate presentation found in well processed Brazilian coffees. Let this one cool before enjoying!

It features flavors reminiscent of chocolate and cocoa, along with fruity notes of tropical fruits, plums, and red berries, as well as a subtle floral undertone.
