From our friends at People Possession is this insane blend of coffees from Ethiopia and Colombia! In the cup we find Strawberries, Red Fruits, Candied Lemon, and Intense acidity.  This is a combo of coffees that blends an expressive washed coffee and a red fruit coferment creating a super expressive and structured cup. This blend is interesting to taste because you can taste distinctive differences between the washed process alongside the coferment.  Taste this coffee at all temperatures for a fun experience.
