This is a super dynamic and fun presentation of how good decaffeinated coffees have gotten! We taste tropical notes of mango, pineapple, and citrus. The entire cup has big sweetness and amazing texture that is creamy and reminds us of sipping on a sweet mango smoothie. When cooled, the fermentation comes alive with the acidity becoming quite layered (think processing, acidity, then decaf) and structured with a sparkling tangerine acidity while the finish becomes even sweet. This is an amazing presentation of Decaffeinated coffee and we’re sure you’re going to love it!
For best results, we recommend you rest this coffee for at least 3+ weeks! This is also a fantastic coffee to enjoy over ice.
