Legacy is a throwback name from our early xBloom days, brought back for a coffee that feels right at home in your daily lineup. This is our own sourced and roasted Peru lot from Cajamarca.

 

Sourced from smallholder farmers, this coffee blends classic Peru varieties and a high elevation cup profile. Washed processing keeps it clear and tidy, so the chocolate notes stay bold and the finish stays sweet. Clean, bold without being harsh, tastes great black, and especially good with milk.

About the Roaster
Every coffee has already traveled a long way before it reaches the cup. It grows under equatorial sun, develops in high mountain climates, passes through harvesting, fermentation, roasting, and grinding, then finally arrives at its most important moment: the final brew. At xBloom, we call this final step the Last Mile. Not every great coffee completes this journey the way it should. Some lose their character along the way. Some are rushed. Some never get the chance to fully express what made them special in the first place. With Last Mile, our goal is to help each coffee reach the cup with the flavor, clarity, and care it deserves. Through precise temperature, thoughtful pacing, and the right brew recipe, we allow the coffee to open naturally and arrive beautifully.
