This expressive Chiroso showcases tropical acidity in the form of pineapple, a zingy mouthfeel like hops, and a finish that's long and sweet.
From SEY:
John Alexander, his wife, and their two young daughters work together to sustain their farm. Urrao has long been one of Colombia’s most exciting and underrepresented coffee-growing regions. Though remote and historically challenging to work in, it offers extraordinary potential for cup quality through its extreme elevations and the Ethiopian variety known colloquially as Chiroso. We have spent years developing a project in Urrao and are beginning to see that work take shape.
Please let this coffee rest for at least 3+ weeks before brewing!
